Floral Orders - FAQ
All Grower Direct flower selections are shipped direct from our partner greenhouses via overnight delivery service. Each order is securely packaged in an attractive, insulated gift box to ensure that only the freshest possible product arrives at its destination. An attractive glass vase may be added to your order for an additional charge. Flowers must be ordered by 12 Noon EST if you need them delivered by the next day.
Important Delivery Information
- Orders are delivered Tuesday through Friday. There are no Saturday, Sunday or Monday deliveries.
- A physical delivery address is required (no PO Boxes/RR addresses). Incorrect or incomplete delivery information will result in delays and increased shipping charges.
- Deliveries will be made to the address given. The courier may leave the package if they deem the area to be safe. We are not responsible for delivery to the intended recipient once the delivery has been made to the address specified.
- Ensure someone will be at the delivery location. Our couriers have scheduled routes; a delivery time cannot be guaranteed or requested. We are not responsible for deliveries to apartments, residential locations or businesses that cannot be completed due to the courier requiring a signature.
- Verify receiving policies/hours of operation prior to ordering when sending to a business (company, school, hospital, etc.). The delivery location should be aware there is a delivery scheduled on that particular day. We are not responsible if the courier cannot deliver the package due to the business being closed.
- This is a perishable product! Incorrect or incomplete information will result in delays. It is the sender`s responsibility to cover the cost of any address correction fees or reshipped products if we are provided with incorrect or incomplete recipient address information. Review all shipping information carefully.
- Review the delivery address and delivery date before submitting your order.
- Any address changes requested after shipping date OR additions that are deemed necessary by the courier in order to successfully complete your delivery will result in an additional $10 fee (applies to orders that have already been processed for delivery).
- Please be advised that we are unable to cancel or change any orders once they are submitted to the supplier.

All Direct from the Grower Gifts are guaranteed* to arrive fresh and beautiful every time you order. If you are not 100% satisfied with the product quality upon arrival, we will replace it at no additional charge.
To ensure that your gift arrives in a timely fashion, please check that all information entered on the order form is complete and accurate. Most of our products are delivered next day by Overnight Courier. All orders have a signature release that enables the courier to release the shipment at the requested location without a signature (if deemed to be a safe location). This may not apply to apartments, hospitals, schools and companies, where a signature may be requested. Ultimately it is up to the courier whether or not to leave the package.
It is important that any care and handling information is read and followed carefully. Care information is designed to supply your recipient with the ability to enhance the enjoyment of your gift for as long as possible. Floral care information is also available on our website.
*This guarantee applies to orders for which we have received complete and accurate delivery information. Any necessary address corrections required once the package has been shipped** or acts of GOD will cause all guarantees to become null and void.
*Guarantee is valid for 7 days. Any problems must be submitted to our Customer Service department within 7 days of receiving all products (with the exception of plant products).
*Guarantee is valid for 30 days for plant products. Any problems must be submitted to our Customer Service department within 30 days of receiving a plant product.

Other Frequently Asked Questions
1. Can my order be changed or cancelled once it has been placed?
If your order has not been released to the supplier we would be more than happy to make any changes or cancel the order. Changes cannot be made the day of shipping or delivery. During floral holidays we need to receive all changes or cancellations at least five business days prior to the delivery date. For inquiries regarding changes or cancellations we suggest sending an email or contacting our customer service department by calling 1-888-871-3248 ext 1.
2. Can I customize my order?
We are not able to process special requests.
3. Will I get an order confirmation?
Your tracking number will follow closer to the actual date of shipping.
4. I placed my order and did not receive an email confirmation. What happened?
If you did not receive an email confirmation it is possible that the email address may have been entered incorrectly. It is also possible that the email bounced back because of a full mailbox or it entered a bulk folder or spam guard folder. If your order was placed after business hours, you will receive your confirmation the next available business day.
5. Why can't I have flowers delivered on Saturday, Sunday or Monday?
In order for our flowers to be of fresh quality,we require our flowers to be shipped by overnight courier. Our courier service does not ship packages on Saturday or Sunday for deliveries on Sunday and Monday.
6. How far in advance can I place my order?
You can place your order up to 90 days in advance from the intended delivery date.
7. Why am I unable to place two orders to go to one person and pay one shipping charge?
Each bouquet is shipped separately in a giftbox; therefore each box requires a separate shipping cost.
